Who will actually be on site?
Usually a team of three landscapers, with Jack on site every day the job runs. If your job includes garden lighting or outdoor power, a qualified electrician does that part.
How does a quote work, and what will it cost?
We price every job after seeing it, so the cost depends on your garden rather than a list. We come out for free, measure up and talk it through, then send you a written quote, itemised so you can see where the money goes. There is no obligation and we won’t chase you. Our service pages explain what affects the price of each type of job.
Do I need to pay a deposit?

What does your guarantee cover?
Our work and the materials we supply are covered for ten years, and timber work such as decking, fencing and pergolas for five. So if a patio sinks or a wall cracks two years in because of how we built it, we come back and put it right at no cost to you. To raise something, call or email Jack; he’ll come and look, and we fix anything that is down to our work or materials. The guarantee sits on top of your legal rights, not instead of them.
How long will the work take?
Most jobs take from a few days to around three months, depending on the size. [client: typical time on site by job type, for example a patio, a driveway and a full garden makeover] Weather is the real variable: paving, concrete and mortar can’t go down in heavy rain or frost, so a wet or frozen week can push the finish date back.
What areas do you cover?
We’re based in Hazlemere and work across Buckinghamshire, typically up to 25 miles from home. The ten towns we cover are High Wycombe, Beaconsfield, Amersham, Marlow, Chesham, Hazlemere, Great Missenden, Gerrards Cross, Chalfont St Peter and Chalfont St Giles, and the villages between them.
